By using Webrenew's service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. THE SERVICE
We provide AI-powered video generation. You give us prompts, we generate short videos using AI.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT
• You must be 13+ years old
• You're responsible for your account security
• One person per account (no sharing)
• We can suspend accounts that violate these terms

3. ACCEPTABLE USE
✓ DO:
• Create original content
• Use for personal or commercial projects
• Experiment and have fun

✗ DON'T:
• Create deepfakes or impersonate real people
• Generate illegal, harmful, or hateful content
• Violate anyone's rights (privacy, copyright, etc.)
• Attempt to bypass safety filters
• Use for fraud, harassment, or deception
• Share content that could harm minors

4. CONTENT OWNERSHIP
• Your Prompts: You own them
• Generated Videos: You own them, subject to AI model licenses
• Our Service: We own the platform and technology
• License to Us: You grant us permission to process your prompts and temporarily store outputs

5. PAYMENTS & CREDITS
• Credits purchased via Stripe (we never see your card)
• No refunds for used credits
• Unused credits don't expire
• Prices may change (we'll give 30 days notice)
• Failed generations due to our errors will be re-credited

6. CONTENT MODERATION
We may review content for safety. Violations may result in:
• Content removal
• Credit forfeiture
• Account suspension
• Legal action (for serious violations)

7. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
• AI isn't perfect - results vary
• We don't guarantee specific outcomes
• Service may have downtime
• Features may change or be discontinued
• Generation limits may apply

8. PRIVACY
See our Privacy Policy for data handling details. Key points:
• We don't sell your data
• We use secure third-party services
• Generated videos deleted after 30 days

9. LIABILITY LIMITS
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
• Service provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We're not liable for indirect damages
• Our maximum liability = your last 12 months of payments
• You indemnify us for your misuse

10. DISPUTES
• Try to resolve issues by contacting support first
• Disputes resolved through binding arbitration
• No class actions
• Governed by Delaware law

11. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes. Continued use = acceptance.

12. TERMINATION
• You can delete your account anytime
• We can terminate for violations
• Some sections survive termination (like liability limits)

13. MISCELLANEOUS
• These are the complete terms
• If any part is invalid, the rest remains
• We don't waive rights by not enforcing them
• You can't transfer your account
